• If additional work is needed beyond the original estimates, we will discuss any potential price changes before proceeding whenever possible.

To help us provide the best possible service, we ask that surfaces be reasonably accessible and that excessive clutter be picked up before our arrival. This allows us to spend more time cleaning rather than organizing. If organization services are desired, we’re happy to discuss adding them to your appointment.

Clients are responsible for ensuring we can safely access the property at the scheduled appointment time.

If we cannot access the property or must wait an extended period, a service fee may apply.

We understand that plans change and life happens!

We kindly request at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling whenever possible.

Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been made.

Accepted payments methods include those listed on your invoice.

Late payments may incur additional fees.

For the safety of our clients and our business, Willow Rose Cleaning LLC reserves the right to decline services involving:

• Biohazards

• Hoarding situations

• Mold remediation

• Pest infestations

• Human or animal waste

• Structural repairs

• Situations that present health or safety risks

If we arrive and discover conditions outside the agreed scope of work, services may be decline or rescheduled.

Your satisfaction is important to us.

If you re not satisfied with an area we cleaned, please notify us within 24 hours of your appointment.

We will gladly review the concern and, when appropriate, return to address any areas that were missed.

We love pets!

For everyone’s safety, please ensure pets are secured if they may become anxious or aggressive around unfamiliar people.

Please let us know ahead of time if pets will be present.

While every effort is made to handle your home with care, we ask that valuable, fragile, sentimental, or irreplaceable items be stored securely before your appointment.

Any existing damage should be communicated prior to service.

Although great care is taken while cleaning, accidents can occasionally happen.

If damage occurs due to our negligence, it will be reported promptly, and we will work with you toward a fair resolution.

Willow Rose Cleaning LLC is not responsible for damage resulting from pre-existing conditions, improperly installed fixtures, unstable furniture, normal wear nd tear, or items that cannot safely withstand standard cleaning procedures.

For the safety of everyone involved, we reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if a property presents unsafe working conditions.

Examples include, but are not limited to:

• Aggressive animals

• Dangerous structural hazards

• Severe unsanitary conditions

• Exposure to hazardous substances

• Threatening or abusive behavior

Recurring service appointments help maintain a consistently clean home.

If recurring services are paused or cancelled for an extended period, the home may require a deep cleaning before recurring maintenance can resume.

We respect your privacy.

Willow Rose Cleaning LLC will never photograph or share images of your home without your written permission. Before-and-after photos used for marketing purposed will only be taken and shared with your explicit consent.

Willow Rose Cleaning LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim related to a cleaning service shall not exceed the amount paid for that specific service, except where prohibited by law.
